To reach our customers' satisfaction in terms of Design, Technology, Quality, Service and Cost and fulfil all International Quality and Environmental Standards, we focus on the maximum development of our Technical and Human Capacities and also on our suppliers' participation.

We apply the Total Quality concept in the search for product quality excellence, as well as in all processes and functions.

We train all our employees in “Continuous Improvement”, creating a favourable atmosphere for the promotion of quality and environmental respect in the whole company, minimizing the risk of potential accidents to employees, customers, users and the environment.

We supervise and evaluate all the consequences of our activities, analyzing all environmental aspects.

Our factories are equipped with all resources to prevent any accidental emission and, should anything occur, we adopt all necessary actions to minimize the effects they could cause to the environment.

We control every emission through measurements and tests, and hold a full historical record of all such test.

We handle an effective segregation and rubbish management system, and ensure that all companies that carry out work for us, as well as all our suppliers, apply all the quality and environmental directives of our company.
