In order to guarantee the maximum quality, resistance and durability of our products, all prototypes and serial pieces are submitted to a number of tests which simulate all possible conditions during the product life cycle, including the most adverse and the most extreme.

 

To do so, we have, in our Technical Centre in Logroño, we have a complete testing laboratory with modern machines, where pieces are submitted to all tests under our experts' supervision.

 

This laboratory is equipped with ZWICK machines for static stiffness tests, SCHENCK Hydropuls for dynamic tests, various testing lines for durability tests with multi-actuators and simultaneous axis under concrete temperature and humidity conditions, CREEP testing ground, as well as Salt-spray, Ozone and Climatic testing chambers (-40ºF +302ºF Temperature and 15 – 98% Humidity).

 

There are some RLD equipments available that reproduce loads registered in the vehicle.

 

We also have a rubber testing laboratory to guarantee its quality throughout temperature, compression, vulcanization and abrasion tests, and where we homologate all different rubber types and mixes which are appropriate to our production processes and our customers' technical specifications.
